A CH-147F Chinook helicopter prepares to land on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Ontario on May 8, 2014 in preparation for the National Day of Honour. Canadian operated Chinooks were used during combat operations in Afghanistan which significantly enhanced the mobility and flexibility of the Canadian Armed Forces.
